[Q] Interested in Learning to Dev

I'm very interested in Learning how to Dev. ROMs for my Samsung Epic. This is all new to me but i catch on quick. Where do i start? Ive already been researching and learning Java and C Programming. But where do i start? Is there some king of kitchen already setup with links for me to download what i need? Any help would be awesome.

Use the search button! You will be amazed at the plethora of info that will pop up on XDA and the internet! This question should be in general also. You are not developing anything. This is just a general question!

Thank you! I've been wondering the same thing. I've searched XDA, but it turned out I was looking in the wrong places. God this site's changed since the Kaiser days.
