[Q] interface Connection problem

Hello everyone, I recently came my TF701, and I have the NEXT issue, the tablet does not recognize keyboard or charger. But if I put the keyboard to charge without connecting to the tablet, charger works. obviously the problem is in the interface Connection of the tablet.

Can someone help me with this problem?
