Try going to settings> lock screen> lock screen settings> disable ripple effect and ink effect

Yeah confirmed this is due to the ripple effect. It creates a shimmer reflection effect on the surface of your wallpaper, because it makes it into a live wallpaper so to speak.

I was bugging out at first because I use a flat black wallpaper and it's REALLY pronounced. Thought I had some kind of wierd burn in on the left side of my screen
