[Q] Is anyone getting a E: error in recovery?

I rebooted into recovery,made a backup,did a data/factory reset and it formated the data and cache correctly but gave me this error also:

E:format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/mmcblk1p2

BTW I have:
1.Revolutionary S-OFF
2.fastboot oem writecid 1111111
3.ENG HBOOT

Is anyone else having this error message?

No idea pal, all i know is that i'm having problems, now my wifi says error, probably due to something not being removed and it's having a brain fart.

I've just got 4ext recovery to delete and then repartition all partitions, will let you know if it gets it sorted, i'm guessing a no but we'll see.
