I have a Lumia 920 and the device is unbranded; my device frequencies are:

GSM : Quad band (1800, 1900, 850, 900)

UMTS : Quad band (2100, 1900, 850, 900)

I just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and I read that, besides the re-farming the carrier is doing, I also need to have IPv6 enabled in order to use LTE. How to do it?
TIA

Ipv6 and LTE are not necessarily dependant on one another. One is a protocol the other is a form of faster data transport. At least that is my understanding. I have an unlocked att lumia 920 myself using ultra mobile right now and test for ipv6 http://ipv6-speedtest.net/ looks like Tmobile is not ipv6 ready.

You are correct, they are not but I read that T-Mobile needs IPV6 enabled to use LTE...
