I asked somewhere else but I found a lot of references here so I ask again
I would like to use my phone which is originally a US cellular phone on Page Plus network. I think it will make it much simpler for me to flash a Verizon cyanogenmod (not the stock one ) to my phone b/c of defaults network settings, etc.. I think that way it will work out of the box !!
Is it ok to do that or it will brick my phone ?
The reason I wanted to do so was because I was following some tuts about flashing USC phone to pageplus which required dialing *#22745927 to enable Tap Qualacomm USB Setting and DM+Modem+ADB or something like that.
But without the USC sim, the phone refused to accept *#22745927 or anything, it said network not available. With the USC sim in, the phone rang for a few secs then a voice said my account is not authorized.
That is why I thought I should flash the phone to VRZ to begin with.
