Anywhere there is the best LTE coverage
Hi everyone,
I was a symbian user, for a long time.
After the android launch, nokia's symbian fall, cause it hasn't got any type of function we find on android devices.

My question is.
Is it possibily to port Android on a Symbian based mobile, or is impossible due to device pointers or bootloader not hackable?

I'm sure the experts of android will reply me.

Please be exhaustive. =D

Thanks in advance,
CappyT

P.S.: Sorry for bad english but i'm Italian.

YOU CAN´T...
android OS needs a lot of things that nokia devices haven´t (its like run win7 in a PC 386 at 30 Mhz...)
1-nokia processors are incompatibles with Android OS...
2-RAM memory of all nokia devicesw are too poor...
3-you need a system that offers compatibilitie with flash player...
4-you haven´t bootloader into nand memory (decisive for your question
5-nokia has a closed source code... you can´t obtain acces to the "OS" for modifie anythin......
6 there are several reasons.....
SUMMARY:buy a compatible device:D

i OWN a compatible device, lol.
I have an Xperia X10.
But... something's in your reply...

1) I don't really know the frequency nokia phones run... but in the best of cases, at least supports flash lite 4.0... (i have it on my E5-00)
2) POOR RAM!?! You crazy? my E5-00 has got 256mb, like the Xperia X10 mini.
3) Look first point.
4) We cannot insert it, like on iPhone?
5) iPhone as a closed suorce too, but android on iPhone can be installed. (iDroid)
6) Others reasons?

Somebody good enough could probably port it into Nokia RM-593 (5230 Nuron TMOUS).
Please, there were never any CFWs for that sucker.
CPU=ARMv11, 434Mhz
RAM=128 MB DDR SDRAM, 512 MB NAND, 320 MB Internal User Storage(maybe)
SD Card=Up to 16GB
Buttons=Call, Menu, End call, volume, camera, unlock slider
Please?!!!!!!! Somebody at lease port it into Android 1.6. That is better than F****** Nokia S***.;)
