[Q] Is it possible to change the number of default rows (MotoBlur)

Is it possible to change the number of rows or columns on MotoBlur UI? Obviously, the default is 4x4 but can I change it to 5x4?

I know it can be done on other launchers but I'm just asking about MotoBlur.
