[Q] Is it possible to use i9100 as steering wheel?

Well is it possible to use my brother's galaxy s2(i9100) phone as a steering wheel in my computer games? (via usb or same wireless network or doesnt matter about connectivity)

Note: i found mungogamer, etc but right now its for iphone.. do anybody got an idea for android?
