[Q] Is safe to do a hard reset to a Rooted XTS on 4.1.1 ?

My problem here is that, knowing that we have locked bootloaders, any sort of debricking or custom recovery is just a mere dream. So, i want to full wipe my device, but i have my 4.1.1 rooted and with all the tweaks that AiO can do..
So, is there any way to remove those tweaks and de-root, to be able to full wipe without the risk of a bootloop or brick?
