Hi, is there a way to install other languages in the operating system? I use G900V with stock 4.4.4 ( version NI2 ) i have root access. If he could to flash language pack of other stock firmwares for G900* to G900V ? A last resort case, to recommend custom rom for G900V with multilanguage support system. Thanks! :)

I don't think there will be anyway to flash different languages, and I don't know of any ROM's for the 900V with really good language support. I looked through the ROM's for this phone and don't see anything. But I'll see what I can do about getting a work-around for you to add languages. I may be able to get the languages from an International ROM and add it to the framework-res.apk of a stock 900V ROM. I've never done this before but I have an idea of how to do it. I'll get some help if needed. It's a good time to learn how. :) I'll test on my phone and if it works, I'll get with you and tell you exactly how to add it. Exactly what languages are you needing anyway?

I need Bulgarian language, but I do not know how to integrate by another stock rom. I would be very grateful if you tell me how to do it.

If I figure how to do it I will definitely let you know. It won't be a really simple process on my end but it won't be too awfully difficult either. I have all the programs to do it. I believe I'll have to decompile the framework-res apk (where the languages are located) from an International ROM and do the same to a stock 4.4.4 NI2 ROM from the G900V. I should be able to add the language files that's needed and recompile the apk. If it works, I'll upload the apk that I made, and you'll just replace the one in your phone with mine. I'll give you the full instructions on how to do it. You'll have the easy part. :) I'll get started on it a little later when I get home.

Definitely a good idea. I'm pretty sure if it works though, by adding a different framework-res apk into the sytem, you'll have to do a reset though. (clear data and cache)
I'll do it, will replace the original file in system folder - framework-res apk. I use stock system rom - version 4.4.4 (NI2) . I'll have to send me a other file, which replace original.

I've been working on it when I've had a chance between another project and Thanksgiving. I've probably eaten 7 times today already Lol. I'll finish testing it tomorrow hopefully and upload it for you when it's finished and I know it doesn't cause any issues. It does appear that it's going to work perfectly though. :)
