[Q] is there a way to make "watch" app work on areas not supported

hi all,

i found that after a while flashing roms the "watch" app that plays videos stopped working and not giving the option to even press on the watch button .

after checking i found out that it is not supported by my area (israel) but it did use to work in the past after i bought the device and even after flashing some roms.

help will be appreciated.
