I make quite a lot of business calls to customers on my android phone (galaxy note) and I was wondering if there is an app that lets the other party hear a waiting tune (like in call centers ..) while I mute the microphone ...

If there is, please point me to one thanks !

Is there a way to make one of my own ? I mean .. is it at all technically possible to let the caller hear audio from the phone ?
