[Q] Is there any SMS blocker that shows the sender as the SMS is not Delivered??

Tittle says the story.

All the SMS blocker blocks the sms, but the sender knows that the SMS is delivered, I just wanted to know if there is any apps that can block the sms to even getting received to your cell, that is the sender should not get that the SMS is delivered.

I don't think so.
Also the meaning of the delivery report varies between providers, some say successfull, when the message has reached the network, but not the cellphone.
