Bought a MetaWatch Strata on clearance from Best Buy for $40. Without a link to the phone, it's not even a very good watch, but it won't BT sync with my Bionic.
Just for some data points, it won't link with my Amazon Kindle HDX 7 (with Google Play Store hacked in)
But it will link with my Nexus 7 tablet (2013 model w/ rear cam).
But I can't exactly WEAR a tablet around, can I?
Checked with MetaWatch forums and we came to the conclusion that the watch really really needs BT4, or something about "SPP Profile"?
I know the phone's too old to have BT hacks, but here's a bit of ancillary question: is there a way to get a full enumeration of BT capabilities of a device? or do I have to look for it on Moto's website?
