[Q] Is your Ultra Pixel camera producing poor low light photos?

It seems like there are some big issues with the big brother HTC One camera in low light. Is anyone here experiencing problems with their UltraPixel cameras in low light? I only ask because this thread --> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317507 has a lot of people baffled as to whether its a software or hardware issue, including me..
