So i want to install this stock rom, will the galaxy S unlock on this version?

do i have to backup and restore the efs for this rom? .. Is this a new modem?
i've a gs3 and i made no backup of the efs folder , i flashed a mg4 rom and i have a 0049 imei . and i had to flash a mg4 modem to make my signal and imei work again. So i don't want this to happen to my i777.
is safe to flash this version?
