ok,no response ....
i have been messing around with the rain/void kernels and adjusting volume levels the last couple of days.
I guess I flashed my phone one time too many and somehow I f***t it up.
so a clean install .
twrp wouldn't do what I wanted it to do,cwm worked better for my phone.
cm11 m12 running again

and again problems after a nights sleep,no sound no ringtone and the message; com.android.systemui has stopped .
rebooted,then I had to place back some of my apps too the home screen
wiped cache and dalvik ,rebooted and finaly my problems were gone
so back to the kernel business,wich one will give me the best battery live on my htc one s hboot 2.15 cm11 m12?
