Hi, I'm still using a HTC Touch Diamond 2 (Topaz) with android using XDAndroid. Recently I used an EXT3 build from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831330
I really like it but for Topaz the hardware key mapping is all wrong. Specifically, the home button makes the device go to sleep. And with long press of the home button I do not get the recent apps list, but the shutdown menu.
I looked in /system/usr/keylayout and tried to make changes in the .kl files, but they get overridden at each boot! I guess XDAndroid does this, or is it normal for Android to override these files???
If it's the latter I guess I need some XDAndroid people who can point me in the right direction...
