Do i need to create a flashable (sparse) system.img so that it can then flash like it saids in this post?

Fix

What you do is, connect the kindle to your computer with the fastboot cable. After that open up your adb terminal and type in, "fastboot -i 0x1949 -w"
It should erase the whole kindle and reset it to factory defaults.
