[Q] LazyPanda please? OR, I wanna install MeanBean w/ Flash Image GUI, need help!

I have HBoot v1.12 - I wanna S-OFF with LazyPanda instead of DirtyRacun.

I realize Panda is unsupported, but I have Win XP (x86) and it's also "working" but unsupported with Racun.

I have Flash Image GUI and yesterday (i was drunk) decided to try to install CM10 while only HTC Dev Unlocked.

Now, my nandroid i took directly before my CM10 attempt is making all apps that were on sdcard (Phone storage) don't work, so I had to move to internal sd. (Most work, some don't)

Anywho, I'm willing to try MeanBean (is it Sense based?) with Flash Image GUI and skip the whole AOSP experience for now.

That being said, if I can install MeanBean without S-OFF please lemme know..

P.S.: If anyone has experience with Flash Image GUI working while HTCDev Unlocked, please post step-by-step directions on what to do.
