[Q]LED for charge and dynamicfocus for camcorder?

I use DEFY flashed DEFY+ 2.3.4 Taiwan ROM
But when I charge it ,the led light red and green.
How to make it be off or white ?
It's too bright!!

And I saw that "[ROM]MS2GINGER" have
- enable dynamic focus on video record --> ro.camera.DynamicFocus=true
I've rewrite it in the build.prop ,but it doesn't work. (use blur-camcorder)
Is there any method to make it work?

I've deodex the ROM already.

Replace this battd file to your phone and restart.
Do backup first before replacing file.
