Is it possible to add voice calling to this awesome tablet?

As the LENOVO 1380L Yoga 2 Pro LTE has a sim slot, and can be rooted, perhaps, we can add voice calling to make this the perfect device?

Any help would be appreciated.

Can the relevant files for just GSM/calling be extracted and baked into an apk for install on a rooted device and/or flashable ZIP via temp CWM session??

REQUEST to a dev. Is this possible?
