Do you have any problem with 2 sim working? In mine, both 2 sims works, but usually i have signal only in one of them. Sometimes I have signal to both of them.

I ordered a K920 and asked the seller to ship it with Google Services installed.
I got it today and it does have Google Services installed and runing. But when I inserted the SIM I got no netwotk.
Checked the Rom and it is a ROW version (K920_ROW_S126_140825). That's why it isn't working.
I imagine you were able to Flash a ROW Version and get cellular network because the NON-HLOS.bin you replaced is the right one for the chinese hardware.
I wonder if there is a way to change the NON-HLOS.bin without flashing the ROM again.

K920 Chinese rooted with Google
So I bought a K920 on Amazon and it is the Chinese version , rooted and Google services installed , if I do a reset it still is rooted and Google works.
The issue is that when Lollipop comes out , how would I upgrade ? The OTA is non functional . The seller says they do not support upgrade and well who wants an Android that cannot be updated? Returning the phone does not make much sense as I am in the caribbean and the cist to return is not cost effective.
I can say the phone does work but , I want to be able to upgrade when possible .

edit for tHE qpst, load the phone to the lenovo 15 options menu and connect the phone to qpst and it will work

download the official Row rom ( not the updates )
after you download it , extract it with winrar copy and replace the chinese modem file from https://mega.co.nz/#!mMIilAzZ!9DB3fn-69ewVKzdwWFdeTeKL7Si7zf9gims6Cl7OTMk to the bin folder which you extracted ( the rom )
we will use the qpst way to download this rom to the phone.

to success with the procedure mentioned in that topic : 1- you do not have to use long cable just when you switch off the phone : connect the usb cable while the phone is powerd off and press Volume DOWN !!
you will see long menu of 15 options , leave it and continue the procedure ( to understand what i am talkin about , read the topic that i mentioned its link .
when you run emmcswdownload, make sure to open as adminstrator . and choose the phone Diagonestic port.

Chinese and ROW versions have different modems, that is why SIM cards don't work with ROW ROM installed on Chinese phone.
The funny thing is that I recently moved from China to Poland, and no matter I have Chinese version (with TD-LTE) LTE still works fine. It appears that this phone has both, SD CDMA/TD-LTE and WCDMA/FDD-LTE modules, but it's usage is restricted by software (it's actually easy to unlock WCDMA in Chinese version, by simply using some code in the dialer-you can find it in Google).
Also rooting device is very easy - you can use iRoot tool that is also in English. It's a one-click procedure.
The real problem with Chinese version for me is installing Google play services.
If anyone know how to do it, please let me know.

Take a ROW rom, replace the modem files from a CN Rom, take the file NON-HLOS.bin (?),
then switch the LTE mode, like here:
