[Q] Lenovo K920pro - Flash Chinese version to Google Version

go to this link : http://www.needrom.com/download/lenovo-k920/
download the official Row rom ( not the updates )
after you download it , extract it with winrar copy and replace the chinese modem file from https://mega.co.nz/#!mMIilAzZ!9DB3fn...f9gims6Cl7OTMk to the bin folder which you extracted ( the rom )
we will use the qpst way to download this rom to the phone.

to success with the procedure mentioned in that topic : 1- you do not have to use long cable just when you switch off the phone : connect the usb cable while the phone is powerd off and press Volume DOWN !!
you will see long menu of 15 options , leave it and continue the procedure ( to understand what i am talkin about , read the topic that i mentioned its link .

when you run emmcswdownload, make sure to open as adminstrator . and choose the phone Diagonestic port.

after this , whe phone will start with the international rom and working sim
if you will update to the latest updates the sim will stop working again . but this is another story , i updated to lollipo ( OTA ) and i made the SIM work

Hello Sir, I followed this step and now I successfully got 5.0.2 Lollipop via OTA
My only problem left is that the sim cards are not working on 5.0.2 just as you said. Can you please share with us how you were able to make the sim cards work on yours?

-Download ROW firmware in needrom.com and download CN rom modem file.
-Copy the downloaded "NON-HLOS.bin" file.
-Paste "NON-HLOS.bin" to ROW Rom bin folder.
-Flash Row rom the phone (QPST)

Finaly simple and basicly solution.
