[Q] Link2SD Issue After Reboot

Dears,
I wish you are all fine and full health.. I am using the app “Link2SD” and I love it so much but I am having a problem with it specially after reboot, I use move to SD and I don't use link to SD as I don't have another partition on SD to create the link on it and I am always keeping "USB Debugging Mode ON", I moved some large apps like "Maps, Facebook, Twitter, GMail, Office, Adobe Reader, BlackMart & Tunein Radio.. The apps which are moved to SD card are going to the last page in menu and their shortcuts on the home screen are removed if they are not in folders in home screen after reboot and I have to arrange them again in menu and add the shortcuts again to the home screen for the shortcuts of the apps which are not in folders in home screen.. Any solutions or suggestions for such an issue!?

I am working with Android Version 4.0.4 "ICS" / Build No. 4.1.B.0.587 / Rooted

By the way, I sent this to the app developer through his mail but he ignored or didn't see it I think and I got no replies from him.

You are moving apps which is prevented to be moved to SD card using thr power of root.
So you will end with broken apps/ apps not working probably.

The solution is to create ext partition and move them their.
Or move them back to internel memory.
And you will have your shortcuts in its place.

The developer of link2SD is not responsible for what you are doing.

Thank you for your response.. I am not saying that the developer of Link2SD is responsible for anything and I love his app so much but I knew a friend has Xperia Neo V and he is using such an app "DroidSail" I think which is doing the same function but he doesn't face the problem which I am facing now.. I used his app too and I faced the same problem, I believe that if he is not facing the problem which I face so it can be solved on my device.. But I don't know how, Thats why I need your help guys!! I wish some1 expert about Android to help me solve this problem as it is really annoying.
