[Q] Live Wallpaper on HDX?

One more annoyance at FireOS I found is... no live wallpaper. There's no provision for it, as there's no Live Wallpaper Picker.

I tried downloading one from Play Store and it just crashes on me, and yes, I have Nova Launcher (Prime) so I know it *should* work unless there's something up with the underlying OS.

So, any one gotten LWP working?

no luck here either... but at least it keeps me from wasting my battery on it....

I'm troubleshooting the very problem. It seems to be a problem with the way the screen size is reported to the o/s.Here is some generic information related to the subject:
