[Q] looking for arabic or RTL support patch for sensation with ICS

i'm looking for an arabic support or at least RTL support to use with the ROM im using right now "ARHD" and i'm willing to use another ROM if it support that by default

Mike used to have a patch "Here" to use with the GB Roms but he stopped developing it
