[Q] Lost Sony Ericsson original ringtones

I lost my original sony ericsson ringtone when i upgrade to MiniCM7 Pro ROM and i want it back. Anyway i have downloaded the ringtone from other source, and i would like to insert it to the System Ringtone. Anyone can help me what is the format of the ringtone that can be read by the system, and where can i put that ringtone?

Download stock rom and with 7-zip open the zip and go to system\media\audio\ringtones\ and copy the ringtones to your phone on the same folder.
