[Q] Low microphone volume

When making a phone call, others frequently says that they do not hear me properly, the volume of my voice is too low, while I can hear them perfectly. It happens when I'm in a quiet environment too. I used several stable roms for 2 months but the low mic level is persistent. Anyone experiencing this issue?
I have a Mi3 W with latest stable rom (KXDCNBF23.0)

Hi, have you resolved your issue with your mic? I'm experiencing the same on mine Mi3, i'm running latest friday built (22.08.2014).
the weird thing is this occurs only on calls on not the others, bug seems to be completly random, however it seems to be more persistant when i'm in quiet environment.
