[Q] Lumia 800 DLOAD to QCOM?

Hello. I just bought a Lumia 800 from my friend i would like to install a custom rom in it, but i found out that its a dload bootloader. Is there anyway to make it as qualcomm bootloader without using any ATF box or money? I mean if it needs some unlock codes or something, i can get them from my operator? Im running on 7.8. Please help. I want custom rom so bad

No way. I payed 13 euro and renounce to warranty for having my own phone.

Theoretically in any professional service. It took 30 minutes ans I didn't lost any data or settings.
