[Q] Lumia 8001 down and dead,Need to take Backup

Hi, Lumia 800 is down and dean and not going any further after Nokia Home screen, Is there a way to recover my files/backup it and flash the factory ROM on it.What is the standardized process for both , backing up and recovering factory image.Any takers !!

Nothing...!! It just the any other bad day that it got reset and now this condition !!! May be internal memory got stacked up or any other mal-function !!

Did you have any custom rom installed on your phone or just normal stock firmware?
If you don't need your data, you could simply flash the latest stock rom and you're fine.
If you need to backup your files, try if you can get any connection to zune. If not, i have no idea, sorry.

Is there any way we can go to Bootloader mode and do the backup, just like in Android Devices we have to press power key and hold volume key down and then in boot loader mode we can make the recovery, is there any such similar kind of Key patterns to go into the Boot-loader mode and do the recovery.
