[Q] Lumia Amber or Not Amber?

Hello!
I have a Lumia 920 phone.
If i know well its already has Amber update ?(I did factory reset).Here are some pictures from the phone menu:
(On this page :
http://www.nokia.com/global/support/software-update/wp8-software-update/availability-in-europe/
listed as Amber :
Lumia 920 Country variant 3047.0000.1326.2007 Available
)

But I have this strange thing:

(Gmail drops error like in image, My gmail contacts have been downloaded but not all of them.
I can't find FM Radio, so maybe I don't have Amber? How can I check ?

Anyone has an ide?

Look in Settings/Extra`s and Info. there you will see Lumia Amber under software version. I guess you have a problem with Google servers.

That`s strange, do you have a carrier locked phone? FM radio is found under Music & Video`s.

You might want to reflash your rom with Nokia Software Updater 4.1.0, link http://nokia-software-updater.updatestar.com/, this will wipe your phone though so backup first. Here is a link for all current available Lumia rom`s http://www.nokia.com/global/support/software-update/wp8-software-update/availability-in-europe/.

Nokia suite is NOT compatible with windows 8 Lumia phones afaik as its supports the Symbian OS, uninstall it and install the Nokia Software Updater as stated above.

Thank you, after update normal mode didn't work (error was the same), Tried your method, All of my contacts are synced and no errors reported!

EDIT:Ups didn't saw that your problem was already solved, but this my help other person)

I had a similar problem. I bought mine a few days ago and updated it till no more updates were shown. Then I went to Extras+Info to see the magnificent Lumia Amber lettering. There were none. The phone is carrier locked but the said carrier had already released the amber version. After a while of testing i discovered that in order to show the Lumia Amber for us to be sure the Extras+Info had to be updated.

Scan the QR code in this page with your phone to update.
