[Q] MHL cable ?

Hi everybody,

I've just bought this kind of MHL cable to connect my phone to an HD TV.

When i plug my phone to the tv, nothing happens ! Black sceen on tv...nothing special on the phone.
This cable seems to be compatible with an Xperia T, so what's the problem in your opinion ?
Do i need a specific application ?

Just remember to get the cables meant for S2 or note, it will work. I have tested my Xperia V with my Sony BRAVIA TV.

It looks like the usb part of the cable needs to be stuck into any usb port to draw power for the mhl cable.

Should work if I not mistaken there a certain order in which to plug them in an I believe it's hdmi to the tv power to mhl then micro usb to phone anyway give it a shot

Doesnt make a difference with my mhl cable, long as it has power via the short USB port that's connected it will work fine.
