[Q]MHL ＯＴＧ on Sultan kernel

I had just flashed the rom based on android 4.4 which use the Sultan kenel. Can I use the MHL？ And how can I　ｕｓｅ　ｔｈｅ　ｏｔｇ　wｉｔｈ　native　energy？

Sultan kernel linux version is 3.0, and does NOT have self-powered OTG; native OTG means the ROM itself can mount OTG without a 3rd party app.
And as regards of MHL, non-sense ROMs (AOSP and CM) don't support MHL.

No you can't, his kernel is for Sense-based ROMs only.
