Looked at some threads before coming here.
The microphone doesn't function on the phone, but there's full sound. When I connect with the bluetooth headset, it recognizes the bluetooth, but I still can't speak through it when I try using voice command. I looked at the back of the phone and noticed that the indicator is a full red, but the device itself is less than a month old. I don't remember dropping it ever. I'll take it apart if I have to fix this thing myself. Any suggestions?

Other than not being able to speak into the phone via mic, or bluetooth, the phone operates normally. Did several hard resets to no avail. There's no physical damage, so I'm guessing some moisture got in somehow to let off the indicator and mess with the mic.
