I just recently bought a sandisk 16g/c4 and lexar 16g/c6 micro sd. I went in thinking the sandisk was going to be my pick but after benchmarking the lexar won overall. The only thing the sandisk won was large files read @ 27mb/s. The lexar was right behind it though at 25. On the low and mid end though the lexar whipped some ass raking in almost twice the speed. I didn't get benchmark speeds in real usage after popping in my ATRIX but I am thoroughly impressed. I haven't seen less that 7mb/s write except for small files, and I get 9mb/s + very often. I've seen 12-15 mg/s sustained on write. And close to 20 mb/s very often on read.

On that note, I highly recommend lexar class 6 cards. And I still highly recommend sandisk and transcend cards also. Sandisks are very reliable and no slouch on speeds even though they are stopping rating their cards. Transcend has always been good to me. And that was my first lexar and it surprised me. If it lasts the life of my ATRIX ill definitely keep endorsing it.

Strange situation... I just bought a oem class 10 32gb microsdhc (same company that makes the sandisk ones), from a trusted seller, as usual I did run the h2testw on it before paying the guy, it did have 32gb, 10mb/s writing and 18mb/s reading... (tested on a regular card-reader from my notebook). So I bought it and put it inside the atrix, format it on atrix (fat32) and tested the speeds with sd tools benchmark, and got the same result, BUT... when I try to read or write anything on it, from inside the atrix, with the usb cable connected to the pc, the writing speed is only 4mb/s, reading 10mb/s. AND if i try to copy anything from the atrix memory to the card memory using the windows explorer, it is even worst.

So why the atrix can use all the speed, and the notebook can use all the speed if connected on the sd card reader, but the computer cant use all the speed if connected trought usb cable on the atrix???

Is there any better drivers than the ones from the motorola web site (windows 7 64bits)????
