[Q] MIUI - new feature (custom number attribution)

Does anyone know what it's this and how it work?

Added in MIUI 1.10.21:

Added support for custom number attribution (area code, location and group numbers)

I found it in "Settings -> tab Programs -> Call Settings -> Customize attribution", but I don't understand how it works. On Google I found nothing.

It's to show City & State for callers. I previously had TouchPal Dialer and it had that feature.
