[Q] MMS settings

My girlfriend just bought an incredible, and the pictures I receive by MMS are only 4-6kb. I haven't been able to play around with it yet, so can anyone tell me how to increase the size of the pictures it sends?

I have an HD2 and I increased the MMS size from 300KB to 1MB by going: Messages>Settings>Options>MMS server and editing the server size limit. I'm, looking to do the same thing on the Incredible
