I came from an HTC Droid Incredible to the CDMA Galaxy Nexus. I was very used to using ROM Manager to flash just about everything. Now, I see this Mobile ODIN app, which sounds very similar.

What are the real differences, and what is your preferred app to flash ROM's, Kernels, and mods?

Rom Manager is used to flash .zip files in recovery. Odin is used for .tar and .md5 image files I believe.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong.
