I think, the Market Unlocker Pro is better than that. Root is certainly needed. Since you can install the modded, your must be rooted!
The MUP can fake other operators, such as ATT, T-Moblie, VimpelCom, and so on.
So, you can download other customized apps.
If you want MUP, I'll give you a paid.

I also fashed Google Play mod to my Tablet S. After that, i cannot download the paid app, it does not allow me to process to payment, just get the errror.
