Look in the Chef Central forum of XDA, you'll find a kitchen made for that very purpose

Well because it's not meant to work with OTA lol
It "used" to work, but support was removed, now detects OTA properly and advise you

what i need is to modify on this update (OTA_Legend_Froyo_S_hTC_Asia_WWE_3.15.707.3-2.05.707.1)

from
(OTA_Legend_Froyo_S_HTC_Egypt_3.30.466.6-1.27.466.7)

just from the patch files on these updates
