[Q] Mono audio mode

I would like to know if there is a way on setting the DHD on mono audio. I use the Jellytime 4.2.2 R11 and found it perfect for this phone.
Is this possible to add this option into the Accessibility panel. People who are deaf of one ear like me will be grateful.
