What does your imei show in the settings? If it's 0, that's the problem....
[Q] Moto X 1 version not the Chip Signal

Não amigo o meu IMEI aparece normalmente. Eu estou a testar outro Chip ( VIVO) e um novo problema surge no aparelho... agora o problema é o Seguinte o Moto X XT1058 Realiza Ligações com o Chip da vivo porém ao discar o numero ele já se encerra Ou seja acontece a mesma coisa que neste video que estou colocando link como referencia para meu motorola X XT1058

Moto XXT1058
Pessoal com muita luta e alguns dias sofrendo venho dizer a vocês que o sinal do Chip voltou a reconhecer no aparelho Moto X XT1058 e consigo até acessar internet através do CHIP porém ainda não consigo fazer nenhuma espécie de ligação
Ao clicar em discar e colocar o numero e mandar discar o aparelho simplesmente finaliza a chamada
Agora depois de conseguir chegar até a solução de outros problemas estou parado neste problema o que posso fazer ? alguma alma boa do fórum pode ajudar ?
Procedimentos que já fiz
Instalei a rom original do site da motorola
Instalei rom de terceiros
Resetei o aparelho
Desbloquiei o bootloader
troquei de chip enfim tudo isso já foi feito

That is really interesting... Man i'm Brazilian too but i will only write in english... Such more easy... Kkkkkk
Anyway the thing is that i'm with the same problem recently like 24th i had the same problem but it was after take my SIM chip without turn off the moto x... I pretty think that our case might be of an problem in the thing that reads the chip not in the system. Soo only way it's try find one techinical assistance to try solve our problem. If you already called the "operators" like i did to see if your IMEI is im a blacklist and it isn't prepare yourself to go to an techinical assistance... Believe me i already tryed do everything that might be possible im the system... I'm pretty without choices now... Anyway i wish that something here might help you man. Good look with your moto x... Amigo, eu estou com o mesmo problema com o Moto X Style XT1572, não consigo sinal, ele reconhece os 2 chips mais não dá sinal em nenhum.
