Uhhh.........that's why it's called a HARD brick...........because you cannot recover. If you are lucky you will get a replacement or repair through warranty. i need see the screenshot of the error, i have the solution...:good:thank you all for your help, but unfortunately could not arrange a HardBrick, SoftBrick if the fix in the end sold the team and acquired another.

Download moto-fastboot, and unzip to C:\moto-fastboot

When it reboots, you will be back to stock, fully restored!!
I then used Pete's Motorola Tools to root my atrix.
