[Q] Moving music from one sd to another sd

I'm having the hardest time moving my music library from my old sd to my new sd. It's about 30 gigs of music and I'm transferring via SD card adapter in Windows 8. I've tried doing it via USB connected to phone, too.

About 75% gets transferred, the rest errors out.

I've tried this with two different (new) sd cards. Wondering if the adapter craps out after awhile.

Anyone had issues transferring from sd to another?

Try moving the data in smaller groups instead of moving one big folder.

If you have a corrupt file giving an error it will be easier to find.

I don't have any corrupt files on the original sd, but my guess is that the sd adapter just poops out after a certain transfer.

Might have to get a card reader instead because I've tried the small batches thing. Ha!
