[Q] MTP Connection issue

Hi guys, i recently updated my i9100 to KG1.

Since then, every time i connect my device to my pc via USB (debug mode disabled) it randomly connects and disconnects.

I'm under Windows Seven x64 with Kies installed (also Samsung USB drivers of course).

Also, sometimes Kies recognizes the phone, sometimes no.

Any clues?

Hey man,

Did you find a solution to this? Mine has started doing the same...

I've searched it looks like the originally Galaxy had this issue but it was something to do with 16 character extensions on files causing the issue. I had found all long extension files and uninstalled some newer apps which could have caused it but its still happening....
