I just got a Lenovo A3500-FL tablet.
I was under the impression that after android 4.2 and forth, the option in settings-->device-->user, should be visible.
By that you can add multiple users(up to 3), each of one managing different apps and different app accounts.
The tablet had initially 4.2 ( the option was not there) and later was updated to 4.4.2.
The option is still missing, something that makes the tablet sort of useless, because its being used by two persons.
Is there a way to access this feature, without rooting the device? Is this option standard when the device is rooted?
I would prefer not to go down with the rooting option, since its voiding the warranty, and I had some unpleasant experiences in the past with rooting (hello brick device!).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
