My music manager was working fine until one day it decided to crap out and tell me that it couldn't connect to the Google play server when i know I have internet access.
Steps I have taken:
uninstalled and grabbed the newest version and did a fresh install.
Rebooted the PC
Called Google
sent log files to them
held shift when pressing retry and entered the code
called again
They told me it was passed on to a specialist who doesn't work on weekends and also never responds to email and that its been taken care of.
At this point i have convinced myself they don't know what they are doing or nothing is being done since its been 3 days since they have responded on an email with the specialist I have been talking to.
At this point I'm trying to do anything to get it to work so I can upload my new songs and listen on my phone when im in the car.
If anyone has had this issue and could tell me what they did to get it fix that would be great since Google is doing nothing.
