will find the device, pair but never connect within any froyo rom.......help?

[Q] my bluetooth mini-jack rx wont work with any froyo roms i tried. Any Ideas?

Nevermind, i figured it out. Had to just press the connect button once on the device while it is on (flashing blue). on 2.1, it'll find it, you select it in the bluetooth options popup, then it connects. Make sure you re-pair if you still have it paired when you flash a new rom and you restored data. Hopefully this will help out someone
